These Terms apply to your use of the Plazapeaksclub website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and above only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where relevant; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. The full balance is charged at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside that window the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaks our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be set anytime with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Plazapeaksclub or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property law.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
